AI Use Policy
How optional AI assistance is governed and why human review matters.
Effective 24 September 2026 · Updated 24 September 2026 · Version 2026-09-24-1
The student platform is in private testing. Public registration, paid checkout and AI tools are not currently available. These policies describe current pilot processing and applicable future service terms.
Current status
AI coaching and generation are disabled in the current production pilot. The bursary catalogue and marks-based matching rely on stored opportunities and rules, not AI-invented bursaries.
If assistance is enabled
SchollyUp may offer assisted tips, CV or letter support, or essay coaching after an explicit product launch. AI may produce mistakes, generic wording or invented details. Review every suggestion against your true experience and the provider's instructions; do not submit fabricated achievements or a letter you have not checked.
If you choose an AI tool, relevant text and profile context may be sent to an approved AI provider to return the requested output. We will identify the active provider and update the privacy notice before enabling this. We do not promise outputs are unique, complete or accepted by a funder.
Student control
AI does not submit applications, decide eligibility or replace official provider requirements. Follow each institution's integrity rules. No AI output is legal, financial or professional advice. Contact us if you find harmful or incorrect output.
